IHMCL Systems Engineer (ITS) 2026 is a direct-recruitment opening for 30 posts at E-2 IDA Grade (₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000) in Indian Highways Management Company Limited, a subsidiary of NHAI. Yes — provided all other eligibility criteria are met and the Degree / Provisional Certificate is produced by 31.08.2026. Otherwise, the candidature stands cancelled.

Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond of ₹3,00,000 for a minimum of 3 years from date of joining. Resigning or being terminated for misconduct within 3 years attracts the full bond amount. Bond transfers from other organisations are not accepted.
